Ummm....OK, because I know you're a nice guy I'll go ahead and tell you my first reaction, which was "suck it up, buttercup" LOLI have been an investor for quite a while and got licensed in CO last year.

1st reaction is that it's a great idea.  2nd thought is that the public schools would never be willing or able to deliver a useful education in finance. 

My first reaction to this guy was "did you really just say that" and my second one was that I want to work with professionals who will evaluate a deal for the deal.Thanks everyone for the support, I've encountered that attitude in real estate, especially when I was a commercial broker, but I didn't expect it from an investor analyzing deal financials.  

Instead of inflation, I see persistent low interest rates, which are zero and even negative at this point in other parts of the world, the dollar is relatively strong, and the reaction of most (aside from perhaps a few on this site) is NOT to go out and take out inexpensive debt to fund investment or consumption, but rather to hoard cash and other low-return but high liquidity alternatives ... this is true not only on personal balance sheets but especially corporate balance sheets.

Just learn from the mistakes and fear can be positive reaction.  

My questions to flippers is, what would your reaction be to this type of offer?

Depending on your goals, my initial reaction is to just tell you to get a good paying job out of school. 

To go dancing in the streets because a handful of companies have said they will allow permanent WFH is an over reaction.

Do you always throw out a ballpark range offer to test their reaction?
