Right now we also have a Farmers agent who expresses interest in this same space. 

I know the owner has expressed interest in selling it in the past and that's why I'm planning on cold calling him about the property.

I've recently shared my successes with family and a few close friends and I think I've been doing this long enough and have proven myself that now a handful of people have expressed an interest to join in and also make some money (I don't blame them!).

Recently the tenants in my Louisiana property expressed interest in purchasing the property we wanted to sell.

Even though I didn't go through them (I used Real Estate Express online) I currently hold my license with them and what's great is that they reimburse you the cost once you complete a certain amount a sales transactions.

That said the one party who expressed interest is not a home we would consider at this time. 

Not a lawyer, and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but we have friends who did something similar.

My favorite is "the rents are x but they could easily be getting y" I like to assume a very innocent expression and ask: "oh thats great, why aren't they doing that?"
