Odd question maybe, but for those that market your rentals on Zillow -- have you encountered this oddity?

I have never encountered this prior, so I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the quit claim/ non warranty deed process and potential ways to navigate a deal under these circumstances.

It isn’t an expensive repair but I’ve never encountered a request for a new floor (been a landlord since 2007) or made one while I was a tenant so this feels like it is out of scope for such a short tenure.

Has anyone encountered this before?
