I hope that helps explain a little further about what I mean with diversification within my RE.

Most folks do not.The idea of investing in real estate is all about diversification. 

Great for diversification also.

Overall I think its good to invest in multiple options for diversification in case something goes wrong, but real estate will and should be the first priority of all the investments especially when starting out.

Also, Tijuana and Rosarito are kicking out 17% cash on cash, good diversification if you setup a strong group. 

I wanted to add that you could see this from a portfolio diversification standpoint, too.

I always recommend diversification and I can recommend some other opportunities outside of Wellings Capital.

Just trying to think through all of the angles - i'm starting to get the feeling like everything else, there's safety in diversification, so it could become a combination at some point of the note buying, reit buying, and direct rental ownership. 

If I didn't already have a full-time job I'd look into getting some rental properties in various states as a diversification strategy.  :-) 

Financial success is in large part a function of diversification of revenues.
