When we removed that pipe (during a repipe), a piece that was less than 6" long was so blocked, that no light could be seen thru it.If you do a complete repipe, it will be cheaper to do it at one time, than to just replace the main supply line, then later repipe the rest of the house.

My hope is to, like you say, convert certain pieces of the process from exercise to actual knowledge and understanding at a deeper level.

My info: I stopped direct mail two years ago due to lack of response and the cost per deal reaching close to my typical wholesale fee (breaking even, with a marketing cost of per deal $7-10k) I switched to flipping the deals to get a larger piece of the pie as lead flow had dropped 75%.

One time I sold a vacant piece of land without a title company.I typed my own Warranty Deed by copying the old one.

For me the timing and the numbers just never made any sense here so the choice for me to invest out of state was an obvious one.If I could give any piece of advice to someone looking to invest out of state it would be to not do it strictly on your own. 

I have been feeling the tug of real estate in my soul for the last 15 years or so and I’ve only really been digging into the education piece this last year.

I have many of the bases covered for my team but the missing piece is a partner or lender. 

Yet some no nothing, never had a real job , right into politics after college, Boston assemblyman will still find a way to craft a piece of legislation that will enforce his idea of control upon the free market in not just his backyard, but everywhere he can enact it.
