I agree with you most of the properties here in California are expensive but you can always find that diamond in the ruff especially out of market deals.

They are likely “grinders” with brand names such as Morbark, Diamond Z, etc. and yeah, they are Crazy loud. 

This is well beyond my financial means to tie up but this looks like a diamond in the rough type deal.

I'm surprised that he is not responsive because he is the area lending manager- pinnacle diamond club.

Short notice but the Black Diamond event in Waltham is a great one and is tomorrow (Tues the 28th) and is worth getting out to if you can make it.  

In strong markets, there is always a 'diamond in the rough' that everyone else is ignoring.

You can do all the wheeling and dealing you like to find that diamond in the rough.
