Hows the foundation? 

If you can work for free or cheap for an experienced investor or professional and in the process acquire tons of knowledge, you will build the foundation needed to grow in the future.

That and my subsequent experience as a Real Estate Agent is a foundation for a new initiative, a new result and an outstanding life.

I am hoping to create a solid foundation through networking, education, and action as I dive into the real estate investing world. 

I am looking to have a basement foundation built for a single family house.

The home has a garage that is not entirely desirable-- it needs a new roof and some foundation work- plus there is no way to actually park a car in it.

Their “as is” home value is currently way below market value (I.e house very dated, needs work, possibly foundatIon issue) and they are willing to let me rehab it to sell at market value within the next 4-5 months.They would be more than happy to walk away with 400K upon the sale of their home after the rehab of the house, and would agree to give any net in addition.

Start with a small multi (2-4 units) that is already existing, that needs cosmetic repairs (paint, carpet, windows, but not foundation issues or other major structural renovation).
