I can think of a lot of compromises - some already mentioned.

On the other hand I do not oppose the one week limits because it seems a reasonable compromise. 

The compromise is that I can fit a shower and tub but they would be a little small or I could just put in a large shower.  

I've been looking at a security system for my complex, my concern is all the wiring and if someone was to cut one wire(s) that might compromise the system.
