Failing that, see if they'll "meet & beat" a competitor by 10%.

If someone fills out the form on my website chances are they are filling out my competitors as well.

This allows me to make slightly higher offers than my competitors, yet still pay less for the property.- I list and sell my own rehabs.

And let's say, for some reason, you don't want to introduce him to your 100,000 competitors looking to hire him, either pay him more or cause him to multi task and not be able to focus on the work you gave him.How would you hire him directly ?

RichWell, *part* of what you're seeing on craigslist is the rental-locator brokerage that I work for, and it's competitors.

If the city easily allows it, then you'll get competitors.

BTW, the retired former Long Beach probate judge was a guest speaker at my  2011 seminar, Probate Secrets Unlocked, as was my friend (and competitor) JB, as well as a key area probate attorney.I know there was a guy running around SoCal promoting that he put probate short sales together.

Presuming you mean lead inspection, as that is the only one required, I would expect double the price for two units for an XRF inspection, or by the number of swipes if he or she is doing dust swipe testing.The number of swipes shouldn't t be double unless the Duplex is twice as large as a  single unit.
