I am hearing that the washington state anti-flipping law (the requirement that a licensed contractor be on title if purchased and sold within one year) is being lifted by the end of this month.

Texas has anti-S.L.A.P. statutes which help dismiss suits from bad, though truthful, publications. 

And New Jersey has Anti-Eviction laws, which make New Jersey hostile to Landlords.

Laws also change that can weaken the structure such as anonymity in Swiss accounts has been severely curtailed in the new anti terrorism laws. 

It could also drive increased anti STR laws.

@ curt davis while i'm as anti-credit card as much as anyone, I do disagree with you in that, in some instances for some people, it can work.

I'm having a really hard time being anti-bandit sign when in my area I've seen them for major corporations like Kohl's and Dairy Queen.

We hope that they have gotten tremendous pleasure (and value) from engaging in our forums, and we hope they understand that the quality of our forums is driven by our anti-sales platform. 

I hope it all works out but I have seen this show before very common.. especially on BP were the slant is anti paid training and anyone who does should not as its all free here.
