There's a silver lining here - she left.

I personally just moved to Silver Spring and there are at least 3 multi-families on my street (I live in one of them), I would have thought PG county (especially around the University of Maryland) would have quite a few.

I raised $3.5M in 3 weeks for Silver Tree and can raise $35M if need be.

Knox's Neighborhood" was with Silver Spring Neighborhood Center which is in an area undergoing one of the biggest real estate development projects in the city, taking down the Westlawn Projects and replacing it with mixed income housing.

Silver Springs/Dayton is actually closest. 

. :)Big Bald Eagle population recently.What I will say is that is mostly on reservation land so that adds a level of complexity when dealing with shoreline issues.Our lake house is .10 miles outside reservation control which makes life much easier.

Im doing my first 2-unit to flip from ground-up in Eagle Rock.
