It states in the contract if I deem cleaning the skimmer to be a daily thing then well it is a daily thing it takes one minute to do.

From the research I did, it seems like depending on the levels, you might only need a thorough cleaning, but these levels required the entire drywall and ceiling to be torn down.

@Frank Wolter I agree but what I will also note because I am a contractor in Detroit and I do property preservation as well, I cannot stress enough to investors is once you get ripped off please do not ask your new contractor for deals to clean up someone else’s mess.
