Does anyone out there know of any good Real Estate Groups in the Inland Empire California or Riverside county.

I was looking maybe even in California in like riverside county.

There are 35+ for sale in Nassau at the moment with at least 2 bedrooms and priced at $399k and under, in Rocksville Centre, Lynbrook, Hewlett, Glen Cove, Westbury, & other areasIn Suffolk I see 45+ properties in the same category today, including at least 1 foreclosureIt is difficult to outrun the market (I mean by saving money from our paycheck vs real estate equity increasing in a growing market). 

Any investors in the los angeles, orange, riverside, san bernardino counties know any banks or credit unions that work with investors and provide construction loans.

There will be several.Of note, I recommend you call the owner(s) of the IEREIC real estate club in Riverside, NSDREI in San Diego, and any FIBI club.

I just closed on a nice Riverside house out by UCR.

The area I live in is an old neighborhood in North Augusta and the city is putting a lot of money into developing the Riverside Village area along the Savannah River. 

Antelope Valley (Lancaster, Palmdale) as well as places in Riverside County like Moreno Valley have inexpensive RE ... perhaps not under $100k but certainly under $200k ...
