Definitely, a great way to meet other investors and learn from other investors is to attend meetups, masterminds, and trainings! 

@Omari Brown I'm a long time Carrot customer and I second the suggestion to take a look at this platform.Trevor over there does weekly "mastermind" calls that are worth more alone than the subscription fee for the site!

And in all seriousness, I wanted to mention that, while the OP clearly had no intention of learning anything, I've gained quite a bit of knowledge on this topic from masterminds like @J Scott, @Karen Margrave and others.

He also lists you and your training and mastermind group as a form of credential for this asset class.  

You would do well to join a high-end mastermind group where you will find guidance, direction, inspiration and observe what works (and doesn't work) for those with high performance and high net worth individuals. 

@Steve Hyduchak -Several of the people in my mastermind group either left their careers after college to become a real estate investor or never took that first corporate job after they graduated.On person has an MBA in finance and never worked a single day in a corporate job.

They also have a mastermind group were they go out and do different deals together.
