This weekend I had the pleasure of hanging out with fellow BP member, @Matthew Schroeder who happened to be visiting Korea with his Korean wife.Matthew's lived overseas for many years, so it was nice to connect with someone who shares a passion for travel and exploring new countries.We were able to sit and have coffee at the 'car coffee shop' as I call it - a mixed used space that was developed by a Coffee shop, a car dealership and audio equipment manufacturer.

Oh, and sports teams/clubs and extra curriculars will do more for your potential professional network than classes. 

Rural Colorado does not sport large rent returns. 

32 years into real estate investing I now fully appreciate how much real estate is a team sport.  

But large multifamily deals are a team sport, so again it comes back to control...

Greek and sports clubs like to carry tradition and keep the same houses year after year.  

Knoxville doesn’t have an NFL or NHL team, but there’s other sports to enjoy.
