My generic advice would be to make sure you have a secondary exit strategy.

No one seems to want to give me the time of day or they are some online "wham bam here's your generic lease agreement, that will be $45, goodbye" or "if you have a question, you can email our attorney and they will get back to you in a few weeks.."

Its not something that can be answered generically. 

There have been other discussions on this topic, but there may be things worth mentioning anyways.It's a generic lease (as in not specific to my property), and I'm willing to share what I've got so far if anyone's interested (with the disclaimer that it has not been reviewed by a lawyer, of course!)

Keep in mind this is a very generic way to analyzing this and I'm sure many people on this forum will be able to poke holes in it.

Bit of a generic question, but wanted to throw this out there for anyone seeing the same thing or who would have some insight. 

@Wenhao Leu your question is pretty generic as each city has its own process for getting permits. 

Does anyone have a generic investor agreement letter they have used in the past? 

@John Roberts Most attorneys will not give you a contract due to liability issues, just grab the generic Georgia Realtors contract that has an assignable clause.
