Short term rental regulations Kingston/Ulster County
Hi BP'ers - I'm looking at an STR in Kingston. I've only invested in Sullivan County so since Ulster County is new to me would love some advice. I really liked the City, but I've been reading up on potential new laws and regulations on short term rentals for Ulster County and particularly Kingston NY. I tried looking for the township meeting minutes but I didn't find anything concrete. Anyone have any further insights, or could anyone share if they'd be confident in purchasing an STR in Kingston NY knowing that new regulations could be imminent. Thanks!
