A beachfront market I've been tracking is a lot is Gulf Shores because of an anticipated increase in tourists.

Panama City, Florida is also a hot tourist desintation like Miami and Orlando.

Anyone renting a 4BR house will be families or large groups who need to sleep more than 4 or 5 people and I don't see the draw for groups of tourists in suburbia, but maybe I'm wrong.

Because Palm Springs is a high tourist location it's a probability that regulations have already been implemented or are in the works.
