I am fairly new to the RE world but I can say one of the most beneficial things I did early on to help me decide how to make money and really make sure I was convinced the numbers would work was to decide (at least initially) on my starting focus area and draft a solid business plan for that.Yes I have plans of expanding and making money in other areas of RE, but when I do I will lay out yet another tailored business plan for that avenue.
