CA Foreclosure/Estate Title Issue

All they pretty much care about when bidding is the condition of the property, the bid amount and any superior liens.I've dealt with foreclosing trustee's and find they take these things very seriously as well.

How to determine how many investment properties to buy
9 March 2015 | 277 replies
this is the rub. its not about proving anyone right or wrong. its about showing the different types of investing that are out there. you keep saying that your way is superior and that J basically cant do math. but, as a new investor reading this forum, J seems to be the only one backing up his work. he has a least given an example of his thoughts, you have not. all you are doing is pointing out flaws, which if that is what you are looking for, is pretty easy to do. this is supposed to be a place of learning. how can you teach anyone if all you are doing is crying foul and point out flaws instead of putting forth your own ideas?

In PA, I believe the state superior courts have upheld this nonsense, so the federal case is what I think would be most interesting here.
