I got a lot of help and still reach out to other investors if I come across sticky situations.

Maybe a sticky or something in an already existing forum.

So the combination of these two at least to me makes the yearly lease more "sticky". 

Finding deals for investors, helping homeowners get out of sticky situations, managing investments,... 

With the proper Heights alcohol ban lifted in the last few years we're also seeing more businesses opening that previously were suppressed farther south down by Rice Military because of alcohol sales.
