Hey everyone,Are there employment opportunities on the northwest or southwest coast as you can own all kinds of rentals but if no one has a job how is the rent paid.

I just bought a SFR rental in Southwest PA with some visible mold in the basement.

Have you experienced this and know of a hungry eager realtor who has experience and understands the world of investment properties in Tallahassee FL, especially the West/South-West side of town? 

I'm looking around for a meet up near or in the Southwest Metro, but someday I'll work up courage to look at areas farther from home.

To give you some background, I have an insurance business located in Southwest Louisiana and I want to purchase an existing dwelling to move my business since I'm currently leasing.

I use KW Greater Cleveland Southwest and they are the best I’ve experienced in the last 3-4 years.
