The hope being the longer the tenant is locked in, the lower certain other expenses (vacancies, between tenant repairs, refreshing the unit, etc) would be in the long run.

Then over time you take that profit to go buy properties that are yours.I'm wondering if there are things you can do to drive more bookings to the property...refresh decor, photos, add more amenities, marketing, etc.

I have a living trust that leaves all of these properties to my Japanese wife.

It's refreshing to hear stories of understanding in a relationship such as yours. 

All the learning that you are about to receive for free is costing me close to $4,000 a semester just for an A.A.Which is really a refresher of the basics of math writing ect.Dropping out of high school has been one of my greatest regrets.

Has it received an adequate refresh?  

To the OPs point- we do an hour of training every day, and every quarter a full 4 day new agent course that I take about twice a year as a refresher and we don't charge for training.

It's really refreshing.

I've been listening to his podcast on spotify which a lot of info does get repeated but it's good to refresh your brain.

But now after a couple of updates I am not getting any text notifications, and I have to physically go into the messages app and refresh it to see the texts.
