My understanding you can look up job growth on the census website.But you would have to go into a specific county on that website, which is time consuming.Do you guys know of any website that sort of predicts job growth for few states or may be the whole country?

I.E. you buy a very cheap property, you repaired, paid +25K, got a tenant or sell, then foundation issues again because it settle more than predicted.

If you're trying to predict the future with math you're going to have a bad time.As for the vacancy vs price, you have a pretty small range and most people will want a round number. $742 might be the most profitable on paper but you can't really charge that, tenants may stray away from that, or a large number of other unknowns.

A big repair will hit eventually, but if the numbers are good, the money will be there when the time comes.I'm excited because I do believe these particular homes are in a location where they will appreciate over time but as usual I'm very conservative when I estimate and predict.

My property will be the 4th as there is one unit currently vacant but current landlord hasn't done any marketing to promote his property as it is pretty run down at this point. 2 large Manufacturing Plants just moved to the area and there has been an increase in the population by almost 5% with a predicted increase up to 20% in the next 5 years.

Thanks Nathan,I have a couple hundred thousand $$$ in a very speculative crypto called KIN along with smaller holdings in a few others ;)I’m in the red big time right now It’s a long term play for me and my prediction is they will eventually be worth something The technology behind blockchain is where it’s at and not so much the tokens I suggest folks getting in more for the purpose of learning what the “hype and buzz” is about rather than making moneyThanks again
