Which Real Estate Website is Most Accurate

So I've been researching zip codes trying to narrow done my target area and have been spending a lot of time on website's like Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, etc. How much weight do you give the information regarding the neighborhood? On Zillow, specifically, it tells you how hot or cold the neighborhood is and their estimate of much that neighborhood will appreciate in the coming years. Which website has the most accurate information and how much does the information you find there factor into your buying decision.
