Hi Ali, The good news is because you have experience there are loan products designed especially for investors that require NO personal income or tax returns.

Is it mainly the location is a poor rental area? 

We just did this— it’s a lot of work but we are happy with the final product. 

I also let the tenants know and not to pour bleach down the drain or flush hygiene products (which they shouldn't flush anyhow).
