Put the car into neutral and you will lose speed fast!

If the device has a white wire ( neutral ) going to the silver and the ground screw( or wire if it is more then 20 years old)on the old device. 

I like grey, taupe or something neutral with a grey or light brown grout.

Not only are the colors neutral, but they will likely hold up for years to come.

I still hold some of those properties and even though they are definitely not worth what I paid before the crash they are still cash flow neutral to slightly positive.

I wouldn't mind a neutral place like a restaurant or I'd prefer somewhere more formal?

The boring ol' contractor grade (to steal @Blair Poelman s line) or "Level 1" as I've heard it referred to in those neutral colors, with a lot of variable, etc. is far different than the current trend of white granite with only a little variation. 

Buy with neutral cash flow, have mortgages paid off when I hit about 1/2 my goal equity and let it ride while collecting the income.

I think for now, I'll pick a couple of different color schemes that are neutral, run them by my team and Realtor and go from there.

I'd stay clear of anything other than one neutral color. :)
