Certainly deduct if they are really pushy or don't agree to an increase in price, but deducting just for asking seems a little harsh to me.

I recommend you use month to month after this one.If you do not already have these in place, this is a harsh lesson why you need to write additional terms and rules to the standard lease.

If you arent in any rush, you can drill a bunch of holes in the stump and pour stump removal chemicals in the holes, takes about 2 months and then you can axe it apart.

Water contamination caused by PEX tubing can come from both the material of the tube itself and any chemical materials in the surrounding area.Note the "material of the tube itself" -- that's a hard pass for me right there.

This is going to sound harsh but a low money down loan usually tells me the buyer doesn't have much money which usually entails that the transaction is much more fragile.
