You are the member of the LLC not an s corp or a c corp which owns the LLC - which is more traditional in syndications and other setupsSo that’s the confusing thing…They list as not exempt:1) corporations2) LLCs where one member is a corporationI feel like item 1 would disqualify ALL LLCs (since they are corporations).

It'll be interesting to see what happens moving forward but I feel like Florida will always have something to offer.

Also I should make it clear, I am really not all that successful of an agent, I'm not pulling down huge production numbers, but I'm also not really interested in sacrificing quality of service for volume and Ive not yet figured out how to scale in my way yet...but I've been at it about 3 years full time, so I'm still working it out I feel.  

Does anyone else feel this way?
