I would prefer to have the employer pay electronically but I'd say as long as the check clears, it's none of my business. 

If the lease doesn't specify, then you will have to accept that it is when the payment is made.My lease specifies that electronic payments are on time if made by the 1st, but checks sent by mail must be in my PO box by the 1st to be on time.

I clarified with the applicant, he had no idea about collections as he said he thought everything was paid off, and the misdimeanor was about his train electronic ticket that didn't work.

We own about $2500 in Vaultlocks and it seems they sold the electronic lockbox tech or business unit to Showmojo who says they need 6 bucks a month per unit to support them- basically turning them into so many useless bricks for us.
