Clarification:Are the points,GPS-use google earthState Plane coordinates-a surveyor can quickly convertvthem to GPS....I have the program I downloaded from the US Cirps of Engineers, don’t know where it is, you may can find it for your stateMeets and bounds....you need a section/township/range map. 

I have downloaded all the forms for the State of AZ from Bigger Pockets, but there is not an option for College (shared house, individual room style) Lease Form.If you have used something in the past that has worked can you point me in the right direction please.

You should absolutely set up an LLC prior to buying your first property with your business partner, and you need to spend the money to have a lawyer set it up (rather than downloading forms off the internet). 

I have the app downloaded, but I couldn't find the network tab.
