Up to now we've had to put up with his/her threats because we had no one else to turn to, but we are now ready to end this relationship, even if we have to try and manage from a distance.I understand these issues I bring up are small bother to most of you on these forums, but we find ourselves once again being transferred with a house on our hands.

That said, use the threat of a potential lawsuit to your advantage, and try to get the seller to reimburse you for any expenses you've incurred.In addition, if you have an agent, that agent may be able to sue in order to collect their commission from the seller.Just some thoughts...again, not an attorney so there may be more options...

There have also been some threats by some local companies to move the Outdoor Retailer Show, which has been advertised as bringing in 500 million dollars into the local economy, but that seems high and is probably a total rather than annual figure.

Instead, people are *FORCED* to work long hours for ridiculous low pay and ARE NOT ALLOWED to quit or leave (by threat of force or retaliation).Most of these laborers are in construction, which is why/how they are putting up sky scrapers in months for ridiculously low prices.

I agree with the advice here that a letter should be sent to the police and copied to the mayor/city council altering them to the mishandling and future threat.
