I have been playing on it but I'm sure there are better ways of compiling research and statistics. 

So, I have compiled some stats.

I have an upcoming showing of a property I’m interested later this week and wanted to compile a list of questions to ask the realtor/seller before I make a final decision on the offer price or if I plan to go through with the property.

Just FYI in case you can't find a way to pull that list in your county via the MRIS, there are some services available that will compile those lists for you and them sell them to you.

In addition, I have had good luck in finding real estate transaction info (including new/old owner names and addresses) on the county's deed registry website, where all real estate records are compiled for a county.

By my estimates it will take me over 80 hours to compile my list at this rate.

I am compiling a list of preferred vendors and I wanted to get you recommendations for anyone you use in the Olympa, WA area (includes Tumwater, Lacey, Shelton, Yelm, Rainier, Centralia, Chehalis, Rochester, McCleary, and Elma). 

Has anyone compiled a list of how many times each book has been mentioned as a Favorite Real Estate Related Book?

I was also trying to compile a list using MelissaDATA just last night & I was wondering the same things... in addition to wondering if I was selecting the correct criteria (most helpful for what we're wanting/needing).
