However I've found that the worse the property the easier the negotiation is.However this is just a numbers game and the numbers tell me 80% of the agreements won't work.. and shorts are easy to get under contract so we need a bucket load of them..

I could also recommend you read brandon turners book, Rich Dad Poor Dad (like abible) gary kellers books, and Benjamin Graham/warren buffet material then apply Value Investing to Real Estate, that's where the real money is made and retained long term not over short bandaid tips you get from aguy with shiney teeth in a seminar.The deals I do,$15-30k is a drop in the bucket when it comes to negotiating.
