Hi Assaf,For MTRs we look for areas where any 3 of the following 6 industries are within 10 minutes of each other: General Hospital System, International Airport, Military Base, Major University (20k+ students), Metropolitan Tourism, Fortune 500 Companies. 

Even then I don't think it will be viable for people to start living there since plans for an airport haven't been started yet and that will take longer.

LOLIf you are only VFR rated, you better know what WX0F is on the weather report at the next airport!

A majority of the meetups I've been looking into appear to be in the Owings Mills and BWI Airport area.

@Andrew Foster You want to look for working class areas which you can find in Beaumont, Banning, parts of Cathedral City and on the east side of the Palm Springs airport.

If you wanted to learn to fly, would you start with a small Cessna at your local airport or would you go to 747 School?

Ukiah has a great airport, shopping, hospitals and such.

At the airport currently, But If I lose at the Holdem tables in Vegas tonite/early morning, I'll try it again.

Some other reasons properties may not sell so fast.... sink holes, foundation issues, need for all new plumbing, need for all new electrical, ghosts, history of a murder on property, bio-hazards, methamphetamine cooking, occupied by squatters or professional tenants, neighborhood violence, noise (airport, railroad, highway), smell (animal farms, slaughter houses, industrial plants), natural disaster danger (flood, landslide, tornado, hurricane, earthquake, volcano), finicky seller.Have you been to the neighborhood at all times of the day?
