Hero's (though I haven't had any time for the new season yet).The Office (I like it more every episode.)Family Guy (Its actually hystercial)2 and half men (very underrated IMO).Random HGTV programming.I mainly watch sports though....which is why I don't watch a ton of those episode shows.

I would also suggest using one of the twitter apps such as hootsuite and segregating your followers into categories, such as real estate, news, funny, sports etc etc.But honestly, having 20,000 followers and thinking you can actually engage people is crazy.As Josh said establish quality relationships.
