if not, you need ventilation in that room. a house needs to breathe. that means any air that comes in, needs to get out. you obviously have an issue with the inside air getting out. find a way to dispurse the inside air

If it's fully rented and cash flowing with a current HML, you'll be in better shape, with some breathing room and your cash back to do some more investing.
