The tenant could probably take their Echo or other device when they move and simply pair it up with their new thermostat, lights, etc.

I've also heard of it working well for RV storage with high end amenities...seems like movable houses (be it on wheels or waves) and condo storage are a good pair!

There's never a time to tell someone to "grow a pair", or claim that anyone is "whining" and should "deal with it" when they pose a challenge to the community.
