Better they continue to adapt and enforce a reasonable ordinance, as opposed to knee-jerk bans or drastic changes that some other cities have taken, in my opinion.

We as investors just have to learn to adapt to the markets.

Will you be able to make your initial investment back plus some using what they taught you before the market adapts/changes and the system/process/method losses its effectiveness? 

Every investor, not just in real estate btw, is faced with the same options they have always had when markets change...Adapt or die.
