Hello Everyone,I wanted to ask the BP Community about the process to increase the rents on a unit who has a section 8 voucher.

Then you have cities like NY, where rent is $2000 a month and mortgages are $4000 - so I think there will definitely be an increase in renters but the rent is so high that there will be a decrease in cash flow outside of government voucher programs.

Normally they have a site to advertise vacant apartments that accept section 8 vouchers.

Section 8 Issues like tenant losing voucher, inspections, delays, etc.6.

The voucher can be carried for state to state I believe.

The tenant pays a percentage of that rent and the housing pays a voucher amount for tithed portion.

In our case, a lot of it is Section 8 so it depends on who has what voucher.

There are single mothers and disabled people waiting on a voucher.

Do I need an inspection or anything else to continue receiving the voucher?
