We follow the Southwest model, smaller margins but we have less expenses and watch the margins very closely. 

In Las Vegas there was a company called Southwest Exchange that was a facilitator of 1031 exchanges.

I hear the Southwest part of Fort Worth is also a good area to invest in.

This area is nice but also commands higher rent.In my opinion, Southwest Raleigh delivers the most bang for the buck.

Hello,Currently living in southwest florida interested in getting my real estate license.

I just keep picturing the loop, from Worcester, to eastern upstate NY to southwest VT, then the loop back to eastern upstate NY and back to Worcester (there is no better direct road from SW VT to Worcester) to check on property -- and I cannot decide if it's a good life.  

Sanibel is south west Florida close to Fort Meyers, a little bit north of Naples.
