The people I have met that are super pumped up about it are people that watched one too many boiler room or wolf of Wall Street type movies and took the wrong message from it. if you need a place to hang your license and don’t want to be bothered with office formality it works but make sure you sell over $3,250,000 a year with a minimum of 3% commission or you are leaving money on the table if not losing money.

Not looking to gain income from it, but just as a differentiator in my offerings.Let's for one moment cast aside the liability issues such as software, music, movie pirating, child porn access, or even someone viewing a site on how to make a bomb...let's put these aside because there are solutions and layers to those.One issue I run into frequently is often time internet and cable TV are thought of as one in the same.

Target Specific Groups: Think about who typically needs midterm housing ... although we focus on MTR Displaced homeowners (paid by insurance) we have 3 other midterm rental avatars we serve.... like - relocation, visiting higher ed, movie industry, contract workers, etc.
