I'm a PM for a GC in Manhattan and if a client ever needs a plumber, electrician, or HVAC sub for a small job we just connect them directly. 

I live in Manhattan and have been focusing on a few areas in the midwest for buy and hold - particularly Indianapolis and Cleveland.

I am currently working with a Big 4 accounting firm out of Manhattan, but the work from home policy has allowed me to come down south to LA to be with family.

Recently spoke at a real estate meetup (FIBI) in the Manhattan Beach area and the room was packed, proof of the buzz.

I am seeing how affordable condos are in Manhattan compared to downtown LA where I live.

We are torn between being a bit more aggressive investors and having to rent in manhattan/Brooklyn or owning our own townhouse with say three units and having the two extra units support our mortgage payments.At the end of the day, we are just trying to get as far ahead as possible like anyone else. 

So, I thought I'd start over, especially since my plans have drastically changed since my first post.Come 12/1/2018, I'll be moving from Manhattan to Bisbee, AZ, a small town of roughly 5,500 people located 90 miles south of Tuscon and six miles north of the Mexican border.

When I bought my apt in manhattan, as far as remember, the listing agents were eager to answer my questions so that they could sell their listing quickly. and the 2 following properties in NJ, my offer got accepted after I saw one or two properties which means I didn't have to do any extensive shopping and research. 

I'm looking in the NYC area with Rail access to Manhattan in 1 hour or less.I've probably run the numbers on 100 deals over the past few years.

I've met a ton of people that are priced out of Williamsburg, like the vibe of Ridgewood, and still need access to Manhattan.
