if i were to guess, qr code is best used for more data on items OR as a shortcut to some long url link that would save the user time than typing it in.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

You either had a friend in HR covering for you who didn't realize there would be two requests for Verification of Employment, or the word wasn't out about layoff's yet when they were asked or the lender is taking short cuts and not asking before things got this far.

I have yet to find a short cut that trumps experience. 

The surrounding SFH are post war construction done in haphazard manner often with updates done by hacks that didn't know or care about building codes. 

@James Palin In short, there is no shortcut to demo, you may have computed it like "how many days in how many dumpsters is it going to take" kinda thing, but surely it's not.
