Then go to dinner or lunch with some of them.

For us, that means heavy wear and tear versus 9 to 5'ers who basically only spend their evenings at the property - and that's if they don't go out and about after dinner.

Since I don't want awkward Thanksgiving dinners, I find myself having to either guess what is in her best interests or push her towards making decisions.  

I also took people out and paid for dinner or lunch while they let me ask a million questions.  

Did something similar to this on a $100k property and received $300 at closing plus dinner and a couple of ice cold beers.

Hey James Loisou and J Scott Thank you both for the input and James we have done exactly what you said, we sit around during dinner and toss out all our dreams and wishes some days as we BS with each other.

Then wrapping things up by settling into Perkins for a 4:15 p.m. dinner.  

Just don't forget to treat them to a nice dinner every now and then to say "Thanks!".

If you ever get the chance to take a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk I would highly recommend it.There is so much to see and do in this country I feel a lot of people miss out because they are so busy making a life that they forget to enjoy it.
