Just finished reading Preston Ely's e-book "No B.S.

Looks like you have access to internet as well, so if you can't go to the library (or if there is not one around) try free ebooks and online libraries.

And that brings me to..3) It took 10 days to get the book and I know somewhere they mentioned there was an eBook edition( you have to pay for shipping and then call later to cancel a subscription after 14 days.

I've been reading several e-books about it over the last week and plan to continue to do so.

I realized very quickly that I would have to watch it with downloading all the E books and listening to every single podcast.

@Rhondalette White, Brandon Turner did an ebook on a guide to renting your property.

He is certainly someone I would recommend, and I'm planning on buying his SUB 2 e-book (plug).. ;) Nick has certainly added value to me.

alot of what you have said and written in your e-book and our e-mails along with some of the books that you have recommended have been a real eye opener.
