I will begin to lead the Mobile Home Focus group for the Real Estate Investment Club of Houston, come December so I will have plenty of eager buyers under my belt.

I am a late starter on doing inspections, am a newbie with a few years' experience under my belt. 

Well, since I have a few package buyers under my belt, they shouldn't.

I want to invest in my first property and learn the whole process of buying a house so I can get some experience under my belt.

As you get more deals under your belt you will be able to close them much easier.

One of which was the realization that I could handle this without a partner.With these two deals under my belt I have concluded that I will keep on trucking with a couple of serious modifications.

I picture its location, and I can only picture that it has enormous potential.You have easy access to the Pike from multiple parts and subsequently commutability to both the I-495 and 128 technology belts, a commuter rail station to Boston, a growing public university, vibrant shopping at route 9, a bunch of relatively new reputable breweries, etc.

I've been doing a lot or research and there seems to be several companies that "control" dozens and, in some cases, hundreds of properties.For those involved in the Short Term Leasing niche, are you focusing on ownership or managing other people's properties.Just curious on what other's are doing to have so many properties under their belt.
