On water in big bend area of Florida saw a loss of bookings in late March, April and May bc of travel restrictions....but had fill ins as people decided to social distance in a new local.....FL easing restrictions in area where house is located.....

is the bank trying to bend me over backwards or is this common.

I am trying to get my foot in the door but when I tried the opportunity that I thought would do this was not due able without possibly committing a crime or trying to bend the law to my favor.

Grass and weeds tend to grow in between pavers, you need to shovel and salt in the winter (especially in Chicago) and due to the freeze-thaw cycle the pavers tend to creep, move, bend and look unsightly after a short time (the frozen water expands, shifting the pavers around and out of alignment during the winter) All-in-all, I would imagine its a bit of a hassle, especially if people tend to enter through the garage. 

Maybe the metal ducts stuff (the solid straight kind used for dryers with some flexible stuff for bends)?

Also on the the brackets holding the duct broke leaving a small gap where the duct bends.

My guys in NW Indiana will gladly commute to South Bend for those rates.

First, let me state (this is my opinion only - not be confused as fact) that I don't think we'll see a market drop in price like we did during the last recession when the next one comes around the bend. 

I also purchased a 20 unit apartment complex in South Bend, Indiana which is a 2 hour drive.

Try to bend and conform to the whims of the small minded, only to be left drained and frustrated.Then I got old and callous and realized that attitude would start bleeding into all aspects of my relationships if I didn't take hold and control of the 3% PITA people that were wrecking my LL experience.I just said this yesterday.
