It all sounds good it really comes down to the attorney you have to structure it in a way that allows for greatest flexibility in case you know what hits the fans.I had that happen a few years ago in an equity deal and we had the other partner buy us out of the deal because it was taking a lot longer than they anticipated.

That might sound strange, but vacancies can easily extend for many weeks during the holiday season.

What your goals are for any purchase are very important.You sound like you may have just hired anyone as your agent.

If you're adding a lot of value to them that really doesn't make sense for Section 8 in my mind.To be honest, it sounds like you have a large reposition on your hands and will be a difficult and long process unfortunately.

It didn't sound like it matters whose name the property is in, etc.  

My broker has been approached by them as well, and it sounds like the exact same thing.
