In my area 99% to 100% are living in the inner city.

I'm based in the Jersey City and Hoboken area. 

Nice city to start an investment career.I've closed many. many bridge/rehab loans. 

The issue is I've lived in cities my whole life and feed off social life, something I'm already concerned with having when I'm working remotely.I'm currently eyeing cities like Chicago and NYC, the latter of which I have not lived in and have been doing some digging on.

We live in Columbia, MO which is home to 3 colleges and 2 large hospital networks (large compared to the rest of Missouri, outside of Kansas City/St.

The issue in Chicago is our unique 2-4 unit inventory that is still more approachable in price compared to other big city markets.

-Sam born & raised in the area, also as far as leasing agent, we’re not like New York or Boston, you should be fine just leasing directly through Zillow.

As an aside the City of Chattanooga is changing its zoning rules in November so some things may change soon.Yes. 

Not only will the city laugh you away for trying to submit plans that arent stamped by an architect and engineer, I can guarantee you that your budget is not nearly high enough for what it really is going to cost you to finish out that building. 

Cincy is one of those midwestern cities where you can get in under 100k.
